Our Mission

St. Rita Catholic Church is committed to bringing Christ in Word and Sacrament to the people of Santa Rosa Beach and the surrounding communities, as well as to the many tourists who visit this wonderful area.

We the People of St. Rita Catholic Church, Striving to be a welcoming and inviting community, are nourished by the Sacraments and God’s Word. We accept our mission to proclaim Jesus As Lord to all who come from near and far. We reach out and respond to others in need and celebrate life and love in Jesus’ name.

Our Challenge

The limitations of our current campus have been evident for some time now. Now that St. Rita’s has grown to over 700 families, concern has been placed on the limited facility space for our parish community.  These items include space for parish gatherings, group meetings, classes for adult formation and our youth ministry.
